Dana is an experienced executive recruiter whose work reflects her passion for client service as well as her extreme attention to detail. She brings 10 years of professional services experience, beginning with general business consulting and segueing to executive search for almost seven years.

Dana most recently served as a senior associate with Spencer Stuart, a global, retained executive search firm. As such, she provided full search cycle services to clients in a variety of
industries, including higher education, nonprofit, professional services, technology, media and financial services. Searches included CEOs, presidents, vice presidents, directors and managers for various functions including finance, communications, sales and marketing, and human resources.

Prior to her executive search experience, Dana worked as a consultant for Deloitte & Touche and Coopers & Lybrand, LLP. The invaluable skills she garnered while working for such distinguished professional services firms enable her to provide the highest caliber of service to her clients.

Dana holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies and a master’s degree in geography from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
